This experience combined with continuing education and certified designations has equipped Senait to soar to the top of the real estate industry. The majority of her business is referral based and she has a 100% closed/sold rate which continues to impress her clients. Her diverse client portfolio includes an array of professionals from new home builders, athletes, physicians, engineers, attorneys, executives, and many others who range from first-time buyers looking for their starter home to luxury high-end clients looking to sell & upgrade.

During her spare time she enjoys spending quality time with her family and volunteering with foundations that impact our local community, such as the Houston Food Bank, the DePelchin Children's Center, and the Star of Hope to name a few.

Senait Andemicael was born in Eritrea, Africa. In 1986, Senait along with her parents migrated to Dallas, TX as refugees of war. Today, she will proudly tell you that her resilient dedication and work ethic is due to her parents leading by example, and for that she is forever grateful.
